- Private Saltwater Pool: The largest pool in Naturewalk, measuring 27 feet wide and 5 feet deep, can be heated upon request. It includes in-pool seating benches and a heated spa.
- Resort-like Backyard: Surrounded by palm trees and a nature preserve, beautifully lit at night for a private resort feel, with 5 lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table for 6
- Blue Glass Fire Pit and 4 Adirondack chairs
- Floats/Toys/Games: Garage filled with pool toys, beach gear, Inside: board games, and 7 TVs.
- Outdoor Living: 3 screened porches, one with a TV, and an unscreened front porch
- 4 Adult Beach Bicycles included with rental, option to add more bikes

BEACH ACCESS
Seagrove Beach has the largest stretch of FREE, PUBLIC beach on the 30A.
Our beautiful emerald water, white sand beaches can be accessed via a car-free, nature trail called Lilly Lane from Naturewalk, on foot or bike. It leads to the San Juan Street beach access. Parking for cars or golf carts is available at the San Juan or Santa Clara beach access (which also has a ramp). Bike parking is available at numerous other beach access points.
We recommend Dothan, Andalusia and Greenwood beach walkovers to the west of San Juan (these are only accessible by bike or foot and are therefore less crowded). By car or golf cart, we recommend San Juan or Santa Clara. These are public beaches with no entry fees or parking fees.
State Park Beaches
State parks offer huge, beautiful, white sand beaches. To the East, Deer Lake State Park ($3 per car) and to the West Grayton Beach State Park ($5 per car)

A flawless experience start to finish. There isn’t one thing to highlight it’s every single thing, and all were beyond our expectations! The home is perfect, modern and had everything and more to accommodate our needs. The patio, pool and fire pit, bikes, beach and pool supplies were extraordinary! Naturewalk itself is amazing for amenities and convenience to grocery and Seaside fun. Communication with the rental company and the owner exceeded the norm and made this by far our best family vacation yet! Our family is so thankful to have found 8 Palms and we can’t wait to return later this summer! 05/26/2024
Listing is spot on. Unbelievably clean and well stocked throughout. Outdoor space is amazing. All was in working order save for the TVs that needed to be reloaded with Hulu due to previous renters using their own logins. That was fixed immediately (and the gent even replaced 2 bike locks that we hadn’t even mentioned-great attention to detail). All appliances worked perfectly and were nearly top of the line. Plenty of room inside, outside and in all the bedrooms. Definitely 5 stars! 4/14/2024
I recently stayed at 8 Palms with my family on 30A, and it was an incredible experience. The backyard pool and fire pit were standout features, providing endless entertainment and relaxation for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making meal prep a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and ideally located, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to local attractions. The owner and management company were extremely responsive and available to any questions. Overall, it was the perfect setting for a family getaway. 5/14/2024
This is our 2nd time staying at 8 Palms! The home goes beyond expectations for location, layout, cleanliness & amenities! The neighborhood has a bike trail directly to the beach that is absolutely beautiful! There is a grocery store right at the end of the neighborhood for ease of convenience as well! Our favorite part of the home is the private pool and hot tub! The neighborhood has a wonderful community pool, but it’s Especially nice with little ones to have a pool in the backyard so you don’t have to shuttle them back & forth or a late night swim after they are in bed! The garage is stocked with beach chairs, pool toys & floats! The ONLY thing we would suggest after 2 trips is a “garage” fridge for drinks and extra food storage for easy access from the pool! Inside the home is plenty of space for 10 guest to spend time together in the living room or kitchen- both are very spacious! We LOVE coming to 30A area & can’t wait for our next visit to 8 Palms! 6/4/2024

We really loved our stay. This is a fantastic area and we will definitely be back. The hot tub and pool were amazing for our large family. The kids could swim all day and the adults could relax while keeping an eye on them, while also having a great spot to unwind at the end of the day. The house was great and nothing beats this area if you want to chill at the beach. If I was forced to have a complaint I would say the kitchen was short on some basic things like salt and pepper - tiny things, but could be improved upon. We had a great time and loved having the bikes, a close trip to the grocery store and playground/pickleball areas for the kids to run/use up energy etc. 4/6/20242
We just love this home! This is our third time staying at 8 Palms and we will be back. This home has it all, so quiet and peaceful, a true escape. It backs up to nature and has the most amazing pool. We love Naturewalk because we can access the beach and access Seaside and Watercolor without having to fight the crowds. Although we spend nearly all our time next to the pool which is second to none, the home itself is also so tastefully done and beautiful. It feels like every item was thoughtfully chosen to create a high end beachy home. The new management company seems to also be a big improvement over the former one. Our family loved everything about this home. The home itself if very elegant and has every item imaginable from toys to a fully-stocked kitchen. I loved drinking my morning coffee overlooking the beautiful pool and palm trees. My husband sat in the hot tub every night and the kids enjoyed the outdoor fire pit too. We rode bikes to the beach and were able to access nearly empty beaches since we went to those only accessible by bike. We cannot wait to return to this home! 09/06/2023
